Welcome to the 2025 Mother Lode Fair Online Entries System for Still Exhibits.

 

By submitting an entry form the exhibitors and their agents, parents and leaders acknowledge and agree that they: (1) Understand and have read the State Rules and local fair rules; (2) Agree to abide by them; (3) Certify that all information on the entry form is true and accurate; and (4) Agree to comply with the fair's decision regarding any alleged violation of the State or Local Rules. In the event that it is determined there has been unethical treatment of animals or violation of state or federal regulations or of state or local fair drug policy rules, exhibitor names will be forwarded to the Fairs and Expositions Branch as well as given to the network of California fairs and to appropriate government agencies.

 

Adult and Junior Stills Exhibitors:  Please make sure you are entering the correct Divisions - Adult Divisions are 18 and over; Junior Divisions include Primary (8 years and under), Youth (9-13 years), and Junior (14-17 years).  

 

Age and DOB are required for all exhibitors under age 18 to ensure correct Division placement.

 

The dates, times and locations for entry drop-off and pick-up are listed under the rules for EACH Division and Class - please pay special attention to ensure that your entries are received on grounds and will be included in judging.
